Nice one again Dave
Not being able to get another car to take us to Nebo we did the Nantlle ridge in two circular walks. Ours was Y Garn to Mynydd Tal y Mignedd then back via Bwlch y ddwy elor and Beddgelert forest, the other from Llyn Cwm Dulyn, Mynydd Graig Goch, Garnedd Goch and Craig Cwm Silyn then back via Clogwyn y Cysgod.

Love the Nantlle Ridge; thanks for posting.
In the dark days when pubs were forced to close in the afternoon, I once legged it down from the summit of Y Garn to the Cwellyn Arms in 25 minutes. I needn't have bothered though - we got a lock in!

Looks like a fantastic day out with some great pics. Brings back happy memories of my eldest son and I walking the full ridge - providing I read it backwards as we did it the other way round

Nice one.
To my shame I've only done this the once, well part of it and that was about 6 years ago. Will have to make the effort while the weather s good

Nice report - I've had the full Pennant horseshoe on my list for the last 2 years and still haven't gotten around to doing it yet!

Superb ridge route and great account. That initial steep climb up Y Garn is a bit of a slog but the payoff is excellent.
