We did a lovely walk from Abbotsbury which took in part of the inner Dorset coast path.
With great views of Chesil beach.
And guess what, time for even more tea and cake at the Abbotsbury manoe tea rooms. Highly recommended if you are ever in the area.

This was the former home of lawrence of Arabia, who first bought this small and isolated cottage in 1923 when stationed at nearby Bovington Camp, he only came to live here in 1935, just two months before his fatal motorcycle accident. It is now in the care of the National Trust.
