Biggest shame is that you forgot your speedos! That would have made the weekend complete

Energetic yes they will run climb jump swing swim but walking is too boring

They have to do all that to get down to the pool.

Just for staying up they exceeded the parameters of mediocrity

Great Trip Report and photos Mark and looks like a great meet too     Excellent weather you had and I for one would have gone swimming I'm sure.   Top bombing 
It sure does mean an extra item on walks like this is essential

It was so difficult to stay out of there! I think there's something to be learned about carrying some spare kit and then you can go swimming whenever you feel like ... we should all go again and go in for a dip. The only way down to the "pool" was to climb down the rocks. It was excellent fun, I'm sure we could persuade Catbells to give it a go  . I'm sure she was a ninja in a former life

It was brilliant!!
I nearly did jump in fully clothed I thought about it long and hard but had so much fun dipping toes and watching Southdowns get the shock of his life as it was soooo cold
