First weekend here recommendations

Hi, as the title suggests eyeing up a 48 hr jaunt as soon as the weather picks up.
What would you recommend?
Looking to wild camp one night out of two
Saturday afternoon till Monday morning time span
First time in the area

Are you driving or using public transport?. There are some great routes around the Edale area, plenty of wild camp spots. Also worth a look are the areas around Baslow, Hathersage & Ladybower Res. Enjoy the planning.

yes driving, Edale a likely base

My preference all day long. Sometimes you can get one of the few free spaces outside the Old Nags Head.
