Thanks. The 2MW passes with 100yds of my house. The whole trip was never more that a mile from my house so definitely counts as local

They never are! In fact, the worst bit is always just at either end.
There's a stile near me that's perpetually knee-deep in water with a lovely sucking mud layer below.
