That is an interesting walk. I have also walking the banks of the Don, but in Aberdeenshire.

I bet neither of us have walked along the banks of the other Don though...in Russia. [I've just checked and there's also one in France - which I didn't know about]

No, I have not walked the Russian or French versions. I have walked the Dee in Aberdeenshire and on the Wirral, including walking out to Hilbre Island at low tide.
