Best shop to buy walking gear in south wales

Hi what the best place to buy and have advice for walking gear in south wales. I live in Caerphilly  but prefer to go to the cardiff area. Need a shop with good selection of jackets.

You are probably looking at Go Outdoors on Newport Road or Cotswold Outdoor in the city centre, Cotswold would be your best bet as Go has gone downhill in my opinion.

i'll agree that GO is going downhill. Thought I was the only one with that opinion.


Is there not a Blacks in Cardiff?

There was a Blacks opposite the castle, not sure if it's still there though as I rarely go into Cardiff. There was a good independent shop near Canton too, might still be there but can't remember the name.
