Politics, NO, this is far more serious an issue than political rivalry.
I can remember having to reverse nearly a mile down the incredibly steep road to Cwm Eigiau, before the waterboard did their alterations a few years back.
The farmer at the top of the hill, will never give way, and you have to reverse, otherwise you would be there till Christmas.

No, an invasion of Scotland hopefully is not on the cards, not until we leave Brussels anyway.
