128 is finishing via the high level route. Not too sure it was part of his plan as he got lost yesterday!
258 is now further from the ridge and descending.

I’ve seen on FB that 258 is comfortable and being taken off by the safety & rescues teams. Checking his stats he was at Byrness at 5am Sat morning and so ha staken a long time to travel the intervening miles.  Indicating perhaps that not all is well. So near and yet so far.

158 also seems to have taken the wrong path, I hope he can get back on track, he's close to the end now.

Edit, just read he's taking the high path, hope he knows that

I think he's realised his mistake and is now descending to the valley route. The high level path would be very tiring.

Bit rough  for 258 but at least he is safe.

Well that is that for another year.  Well done to all competitors (and to dot-watchers!).

I just watched the video of the final five arriving. Looking at the frost out there, that must have been a cold night. I’m not sure how much they all stuck together, but I think it’d be tough without company.
As ever, brilliant!

So are you doing Fusion or Flare?! ;)  You will be able to pick up some tips...
Surely you mean that I will be able to give them some tips.  ;)

At least starting just after them we wont be passed by hundreds of lycra clad athletes as I wheeze my way up Jacobs Ladder.

I would love to see one of their rucksacks unpacked. I was out today with just a bottle of water and a spare fleece and I'm sure my pack was as big as some of theirs.

Yes looking at the compulsory kit list I don’t know how they can possibly fit it all in!

Well done to all who competed. Just checked my screen time for the last week, it was only up by 13% which was quite a surprise.
