I have done nowhere near as much hillwalking as I would like this year so I was glad to be able to nip over to the Black Mountains om Thursday for a walk on Mynydd Llangorse. The cloud came down on top but on the way back I got a brief glimpse of sunset. Photos at:

Great pics..I recognise some of the scenes in your earlier blog posts (Brecon beacons etc) keep posting, as its nice to view during these short winter days O0

Nice to see photos of a corner of Britain that I don't know that well (..although I have been UNDER Mynydd Llangatwg).
And I like the muted winter tones.

Thanks. I had hoped to do a short walk in the area on Friday as I had to drive up to Herefordshire but circumstances conspired against me.
