What is that curved top building (usually) in the reservoir? I can never remember.

Great pics. I've never seen the level so low. How unusual is it to be that low?

There's a news story on grough from 4th November about a muddy rescue, suggesting that getting to the ruins might be hazardous!

I think the water levels being so low is very unusual. Yes; there have been several rescues and near escapes of people getting stuck in the mud...the ambulances I mention in the blog post were there for a rescue yesterday...although I think the people actually fell down a steep slope into the bottom of the reservoir.
