Sadly, those "reasonably priced" rainskirts on Amazon only go up to a 39" waist. May sound generous to some but they are a fair bit shirt if the mark for me especially on top of trousers etc.

Looks like the 3.99 ones are exactly the same as the 10.00 ones on Amazon. The logo looks suspiciously similar even though brand names differ on all the cheapie ones.
Too little, too late, too bad......

A few weeks ago I bought two Columbia Silver Ridge long-sleeved hiking shirts and was able to use them on a recent trip to Maderia. For me, they were truly excellent. It was very hot and sunny and the shirts were so lightweight and the material was so comfortable against my skin. When I perspired they dried very quickly. I washed one by hand and that dried very fast as well. I'm a hiker who likes to wear a shirt so I believe this time that I made a really good purchase. They are still being sold on the Columbia site for £25 each.

My OS maps sub has run out and noticed the prices creeping up direct with OS (now £23.99 a year).

However, you can now buy gift packs from Dash4It for £14.99 for a years access which is actually slightly cheaper than when the service first launched.

My worry with the online sub is that what was an impulse buy originally at a reasonable price becomes expensive, the costs seem to be rising quite a bit each year.

Used Meindl Himalaya MFS Men's 3-4 Season Crampon Compatible Boots Size UK 11½ EU 46½ @ £30 delivered. Normal RRP £295.00

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/meindl-boots-11-5-Gore-Tex/274346241558

They just need a coat of McNett Freesole or Shoe Goo on the rubber rand to prevent the cracks in the rubber rand deteriorating further.

That has got to be a mistake on the seller's part, Kinky. Says £109.99 in the description lower down the page.

Wonder whether they would honour the £13.31 price??
