Hi, this might come out a bit confusing but hope you can understand it. I bought a pair of these boots in December and the inside of the left boot has started collapsing over, resulting in it not supporting my foot properly, I'm flat footed and chose these boots because they provided support to my arches.
As you can see from the picture at the bottom, the stitching at the front of the laces on the left boot runs at a different angle from the stitching on the right boot. I'm wondering if this is the same on all pairs of boots (in which case I can overcome the problem with insoles) or if this could be a fault with my pair meaning there is possibly excess material on the inside of this boot. I've emailed a picture to the distributers, but if there is anybody else who owns these boots please could you have a look at the pic below and then have a gander at your boots and let me know if the stitching is the same on yours.
