A review of the MSR Guardian Water Purifier

I've finally got around to reviewing my MSR Guardian water purifier, link below.
It goes on most trips with me, Lejog, Cape Wrath Trail and sometimes even day hikes when I'm with my family. When we'll likely need a lot of water during the day. The pump may be heavy but it saves us carrying a lot of water that's even heavier.

Its great reading a review from someone you know has giving something a genuinely thorough test.

I saw a thread on the forum some time back where contributors were bemoaning the fact that many reviews were worthless as the product hadn't been tested, this is certainly not the case here.

Yes, I too like actual tests. I do read the reviews online but an actual user for me is much better.
