Walking/Hiking suggestions in Southern Ireland
« on: 02:56:31, 04/07/19 »
Hello - I'm looking for some advice on which of the wonderful trails I should spend my short amount of time on while in Ireland.  I have 3 solid days available to do a portion of the one of the waymarked trails (I don't need to complete one...), or piece together some other trails.  I'm leaning towards something around Kerry Way (Carrauntoohil looks very tempting), or the Beara Way.  I'm travelling on my own and will not be camping, likely staying hostels. Any suggestions are welcome!  Thank you.

County Wicklow ,
Just outside County Dublin .
Not far from Dublin port If  travelling by Ferry .
Ashford ,Glendalough Is a good base to start from .
Lots of tracks and trails on the Wicklow hills for walking and hikeing. O0

Beara Way or Kerry Way?

That is a good suggestion, I'll likely have the chance to do that one some friends near Dublin while in that area.  So that's why I renamed the thread Beara Way or Kerry Way!  I'm looking to do three days or so, so if anyone has suggestions for either trail, or good starting/end points for either one, I'm all ears.
