What is the air quality at the moment Dave.?
A night under silnylon. Doesn't have the same ring to it.

To be honest, we're picking our hiking days to avoid the worst of the fire smoke. Most days you'd probably say it's ok - a little hazy but nothing too dramatic. Occasionally we'll get a bad day to two where the air quality is really bad - it seems to occur the wind is coming from the west bringing both the high temperatures and the smoke from the national parks. For now many of the nearby national parks are shut until further notice, it's unlikely any of them will open until the autumn which is why we've been mostly walking in and around the city
