Probably ‘the’ classic walk of the Picos, along the stunning Cares gorge from Puente Poncebos to Cain and back. Plenty of photos taken on this walk (please post ‘em somebody) but they just don’t do the gorge justice – you have to go see for yourself  8)  
 
Glorious day with blue sky and bright hot sunshine. 24 km covered and 500 m of ascent/descent.
I prefer the folly of enthusiasm to the indifference of wisdom. (Anatole France)

What a fantastic set of photos - the Picos is definitely on my list having considered it easrlier this year.
