Title: TR: Wharfedale Three Peaks
Post by: harry_keogh on 15:16:53, 04/10/18
This is a nice alternative to the Yorkshire Three Peaks and much quieter. Up on the hills, I think we passed a total of 3 people all day! The traditional Yorkshire 3 Peaks probably wins in terms of scenery and the size of the hills... but I thought this one had much more of a traditional hillwalking feel due to its rougher terrain and absence of nice big paths. Somebody needs to slice a bit off the end of Birks Fell though.... it's far too long!  :)
