New walker well old walker really
« on: 16:14:01, 03/02/19 »
Hi

Oldish walker here starting again after a thirty year break.

South east based but walking in the lakes in a couple of months and some more of the SWCP in the summer,.

Loving the advice on here for people starting again. How things have changed.

Welcome from Devon  :)
Which part of the SWCP are you headed to?
So many paths yet to walk, so little time left

Did a few small sections round Cornwall rear before last. I have a brother who lives in Penzance so do visit quite often.

Really want to walk from Lands End to the Lizard or the other way round.

Welcome on board Doug.  Another born again walker here.  Gradually doing the SWCP, with her who knows. No rush though, it will take a year or two more to complete at our current rate of progress.
