Another interesting blog. Thanks Lee.
Surprising amount of melt water on those 'paths', do you know how deep the snowfall had been?  Also, who knew that Bunty Brown invented the chimney cone, or who knew what a chimney cone is ? Google seems to suggest it's more or less just an ice cream  cone  :-\ ?

I'm not sure what a 'chimney cone' is. My first thought was an ice cream, but the shop seemed to sell only pastries. It was shut...so I couldn't go in and ask.

Me too :)

I wondered about 'chimney cones' too. They seem to be a straight sided cone just like a chimney  (clue in the name?) but made, not of wafer but doughnut!!!!!!
Perhaps you can walk that way again Lee and buy one or at least photograph one for us.
So many paths yet to walk, so little time left
