could someone tell me if im allowed to put my charity on here who im doing P/W for dont want to break the rules 
You can add a link to your charity page by adding it to your 'signature' ( go to Profile \ forum profile \ your signature - add the link)
The Charity thread is stickied at the top of the 'General Walking Discussion page' - that's where you can tell one and all about your fund raising
