One of my favourite walks.  Probably because it was the first proper hill himself took me to when we were courting. 

"We were passed by a number of younger walkers, early to mid-twenty year-olds at best but they never really shrank into the foreground. I think these had been the ones making most noise when confronted with the snow patch and they seemed in good spirits"

I whinged like a spoilt kid and got overtaken by a toddler!!   He should have gotten rid of me then, but he stuck with it,  daft begger.   We've been up a few times since.  Still a favourite, and I managed to keep ahead of the two yr old on my last outing.  ;D ;D ;D
