I have made a number of slide shows of my walks over the years and put them to music of my own choice, sometimes rather quirkily, but never got round to putting them up for YouTube, I keep them on disc for my own relaxation and bring back memories as the physique gradually deteriorates.
Fear of encroaching on someone's copy right of the audio tracks is the stumbling block as far as sharing these.
Now I had no trouble with playing fast and loose with OS maps as my interpretation of 'for educational use' and the reason for using maps for walking is the core to finding out why we explore the countryside. Or that was pre-PhotoBucket's money grab.
My curiosity is aroused; is the track copyright free or is it permissible to use ripped tracks in this way?
