Donegal coastal walk
« on: 20:13:51, 21/07/19 »
Last week-end saw me travel to Glencolumbkille to visit Sturrall. I had read this was one of the finest coastal walks in the area. Starting from the village I picked up a waymarked trail to Glen Head. The ascent was fairly straightforward as I reached Signal Tower. Views extended to Port Hill to the north and Slieve League in the south. It wasn't a long walk so I decided to visit Portnoo beach in the late afternoon, close to Ardara where I stayed.

Lovely pics Henry O0  I’m hoping to do some coastal walking in Ireland this year if all goes to plan!
