Don't know if this will help anyone but I drove past Swirls car park on my way home from Keswick and mindful of recent requests for bus info I took these pics. Sorry, not a professional job, and it was raining.

Maybe if all members with cameras and phones took pics of bus stops in the hills it would help others plan trips without
a car?
I recall recent requests for info up to Wasdale, and there must be a need for other locations too.

Bus stops are marked on GE. Click on the icon and you can get the service number and timetable.

The railway that runs along the coast of Cumbria is useful too. Good access to Muncaster Fell, Eskdale and Black Combe in particular.

LOL. I do the same looking for local landmarks. What did we ever do before Google Maps?
