Thanks Tom and Madame C - you're very kind.

Percy - it was a wonderful sight - almost like someone putting a lace tablecloth over the mountain.  As I love the Back o'Skiddaw area, this really made my morning.

A long day indeed, but looking at the photos, more than worth it.....and you had the summit of Skiddaw to yourself.

Absolutely stunning  O0

Hi Paul,

I'm just over 2/3rds of my way through (146 to be exact).  Had a bit of a bad cold last two weeks so that's stopped me a bit, but hopefully back out there this weekend :)

Cheers

Wow - that's some going - at this rate you'll get three rounds in the year.

Pffff... I think my feet will fall off first  ;D

Hoping to be done by end of November, with last one being Wetherlam or Dow Crag (depending upon which way round I elect to do the Coniston fells) .... well that's the idea.  Also have a house move to squeeze in there too..... but that is going to be hugely in my favour in terms of access to the LD :)

Having seen your pics here it is encouraging me to do more (very) early morning starts in the hope of seeing some of the magical sights you managed to photograph.  Your pics are mind blowingly superb.

Cheers

Cheers Lee - I do love early mornings, and sunsets, but if I'm honest I quite like a beer with my sunset!
