a good shoes to walk..?

I always walk and much..

oneday.. I felt ache on my foot

so I went to sports goods market and bought shoes..

it was tennis shoes..!!

it is comfortable.. and light..

I feel that I don't wear shoes... haha...

how about wear tennis shoes?? if you have a problem like me^^

Actually John Hillerby said he always went walking in tennis shoes.  He said he couldn't imagine anything more uncomfortable than a pair of boots!

But there again .. he also used to walk naked when it was hot!  Enough said

If they work for you, then they can't be to bad (i think)
Be carefull you dont go over on your ankle, if you walk on rough ground

I always watch out when I walk..

when I was in military service last year..

I hurt my ankle during basketball with my buddy..

my ankle became black because of it..

I became well after a month and I usually hurt that ankle when I walk along the rough street

I know the midcut boots but don't know the lowcut boots..

Is it the boots like casual shoes we usually wear..??

some of my friends told me that if i wear sports socks more thicker than usual socks..

it will support my ankle..because it catch my ankle tightly

is it real..?
