Title: Canal walk suggestions in the Midlands
Post by: Pedro on 19:01:26, 01/01/17
I have bought a narrow boat near Southam in the Midlands. Has anyone suggestions for walks near to the Oxford  canal, as I would like to combine trips in the boat with walks.

A series of books entitled Canal Walks has been published by John N. Merrill.
He covers most of the Midlands and describes circular walks involving towpath sections with, more often than not, a return via country lanes taking you to particular places of interest.
Ebay or Amazon will likely be the best place for an initial search.

Hope this helps
