Wild flowers on my walks
« on: 12:48:35, 10/06/19 »
I love walking in spring, seeing the blossom and wild flowers and the countryside looking lush and green. A few photos from some of my walks in Sussex and Kent this spring and into summer.

Ox-eye daisies at Housedean near Brighton

The next two are of wood anemones in Long Wood near Plumpton in the Low Weald

I think these little pink flowers are herb robert

These yellow flowers, on the downs near Brighton, may be charlock. But I could well be wrong!

Lovely - particularly like the Ox Eye Daisies. You are right about it being Herb Robert.

This time of year really is a delight, particularly along the clifftops. And our fields are covered in buttercups - the dog turns yellow when I let her loose in them! I must do a couple of mini TRs.

Lovely, just. Especially on such a foul dark morning.
So many paths yet to walk, so little time left
