Easy walks near Masham
« on: 13:16:52, 23/06/15 »
Hi,
we are staying near Masham, Thorton Watlass?, in a couple of weeks and wondered if anyone could point me in the direction of some easy walks in this area. We are both out of condition and as just looking for some rambling hills and a nice cafe at either end..

thanks in advance
Rich

that looks good, but a little far, anything around 3-4 miles (6-8 round)

There is a nice circular walk of about 7.5 miles, starting & finishing at Jervaulx Abbey, which is not far from Masham.  The ruins of the abbey are worth a look round while you are there.
