I've just started using the sawyer mini which is my first filter. I don't mind taking a bit of time to filter, no biggie. Seems OK to me. Only thing is everyone said smart water bottles fit, but they don't.
Anyone know which bottle fit?
i have the mini also (and use it when i know i'll need to ration water.. drinking straight from the bottle).
did you get the smart bottle with the sport lid?
that should work (you can also use the sport lid to flush the filter)

I have the Mini and 'standard' 'mineral water' bottles, pop-bottles etc all fit - everything from 500ml to 2 litre.
There are two sizes used on 'water' bottles but the majority are the size that fits the 'Mini'

That is very useful.

April's recommendation was good enough for me - she should be on commission!  :D

Nothing planned as yet, but it may involve a few new Wainwrights for Squeaky. (You mustn't have read a post I wrote earlier, just as well really  :D) I am just about to look at the weather and start planning.

You really are totally beyond redemption, April  ;)

Enjoy your camp. Travelling this weekend, but may try for another Monday night camp - seems to be a good day for me.

Just seen the BBC national forecast - looks OK in the Lakes over the weekend.

Aye, doesn't look bad. Mountain-forecast says cloudy first thing then sunny afterward for Saturday, MWIS says rain first thing then sunny, Weatherline says rain first thing then risk of showers afternoon. We like the mountain-forecast one best so we will have that one  ;)

Apparently they changed the thread on the mini at some point. I've tried the smart water sport bottle, doesn't fit. Need to try a few more bottles. The quest continues
