If it's a valid gpx file just copy it to the GPX folder on your 64.
Where there's a will ...

It was sent by email and will only allow me to save the file but I cannot save it as a gpx, I think I need to save it as a gpx file on my desktop and then I can copy it to my GPS - I think

Thanks

I don't know if you use the Garmin Basecamp program but if you do, save your file as a gpx and then right click on the file and "open" it using Basecamp, then you can export it to your GPS from there...assuming that your GPS works the same as my Garmin Etrex.

Don't do what I did with mine and drop it on my first use of it, it fell face down on a sharp piece of rock and cracked my glass. So get one haha. Luckily it doesn't obscure the view on the screen.

It's an expensive bit of kit to break or lose so fit a lanyard long enough to use at arm's length but not long enough to reach the ground  ;D

the amount of times mines come un clipped :@ I just use a basic camera wrist lanyard in the hole at the bottom, then a carabiner to sternum strap. Can still use it properly with a short lanyard too.
