Ruthr's looks rather glamourous, really.
Yeah, I've always liked that one too, those great peaks standing proud..... of the Glyders!  ;D

Now now Ruth, you know there's a far more appropriate FoF photo of you from that holiday!  I'm thinking of one taken on the walk we did starting at the Crimea Pass.  You gonna post it or shall I?  ;)

Here's one of me from when I tried putting some extra weights in my bag for a bit 'training'

;D speak for yourself!!

My excuse is that I don't get paid for what I know, or even how much I do! I get paid for how long I can do it without killing anyone!  :D

Look knackered!? 4 years of driving for a living have left me looking nearer 40 when actually I've more than a year to go before I'm 30!  :-\

I've seen you walk uphill, and I don't believe you need the 'training'.

Ha, that was only to keep an eye on the muddy-bum gang (i.e. the kids!), intent on racing their way up the boulder field.  That was towards the end of a 10 day holiday of hillwalking too, so I was probably a bit more hill fit.

I am very glad that are no pics of my face when I peered over the top of that very path after I'd just crawled up it. A mess in no way describes it  ;D .

The inimitable Radder, ably supported by Abs, following last years X-mas meet walk (and a couple of shandy's), pretty fatigued i'd say  ;D
