OSPREY PACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi, 1st time on the forum here!

Would like to start by sharing my most recent experience with Osprey.
I currently own an Atmos 35 rucksack and needed 2 more bungee tool ties, so I emailed them in the States not hoping for anything really. To my delight they have replied and said they'll contact the Osprey Europe section for me. After a few weeks I receive another email from Osprey in Dorset asking for my details so that they could send out 2 more spare tie cords as a goodwill gesture! What customer service!
