My favourite of the past few days. Yesterday we stopped off at a lovely little glen on our way around Luke's mountain back to Tollymore forest:





I'm not allowed to post the link for full size, but it's pretty nice, you can take my word for it :-)


That's something I've always loved about the mountains - I'm not a photographer, but due to the sheer beauty of the surroundings, any point and click shot turns out good.

Snowdonia.  Y Glyderau to the left, Moel Siabod to the right, The Horns in the middle foreground...... all as I ascend Crib Goch.

@Tryfan - simply awesome! I'd been asking elsewhere on this forum about cloud inversions and how to forecast them - as it is on my bucket list to witness such a thing as what you photographed. Must have been even more amazing in real life eh? Thanks for sharing - you've made me even more determined to try and see such a thing :-P
