Lonscale Fell & Sale How

Just a quick question
Planning on doing Lonscale Fell to Sale How on Saturday.
The Nuttalls book makes it sound relatively easy - are there any issues crossing Kitbain Gill & Pike Sike in the Jackson's Fold area
Thanks in advance

I can't imagine you'll have any problems. It's extremely dry in the Lake District at the moment.

I can't imagine you'll have any problem crossing them but easier walking may be to go by Jenkin Hill and the shoulder of Skiddaw Little Man.

No problems at all, there won't be very much water in those gills right now anyway.
The Nuttalls direct route is a great way to get some welcome solitude in a crowded area as I recall.
