Walking routes from Eyam to Edale?

Hi there, we're looking to do a walk from Eyam to Edale, hopefully via Castleton. Anyone know of any sensible routes, and how long they might take? Also, a pointer to any particular maps or route descriptions would be very handy. Much obliged.

Go to Bing Maps, then just click on the free Ordnance Survey maps, for planning personal hiking routes the best that I know.
