A piece of flapjack minus the sugar is an oatcake - the perfect high energy, low sugar walking food (450kcal/100g)

Worth knowing.

Had a small dog try to eat my burger one day, asked the owner if I could throw it a bit.
She said 'yes'.
So threw the dog to the other side of the fence.

Well I tried the peanut and banana flapjack yesterday. Not too bad, will try it with some dried fruit etc next time.

Intend to have a look at a couple more recipes next time we have the oven on. (too hot to do anything today)

Just a quick thank you for Shortwalker and Dazza regarding the artificial sweeteners.

I dont have a stomach anylonger so digestive issues anyway as my intestines get a hard life picking up the slack, have been having trouble the last week with errr, holding things in, since switching to sweeteners to reduce sugar intake.  Read your posts and stopped using them, hey presto no more troubles.

Cheers guys, thats Andrex's profits gone down !

one step then another then another then a bench - please?
