I like your list. The caravan, is it a mobile home? We had a caravan in the 70s/80s, we found the best way to use it was to keep it parked in one location for a season, then somewhere else the next season, I really got fed up towing the thing. What motorbike? I used to use a Yamaha 1200cc to commute back and forth to London a few years ago, once in 6th gear, I never really had to change until the dual carriageway ended halfway into London. Bivvy bag, me too! Leaving bikes unattended and locked up, I've had three stolen from our train station in 20 years, bolt croppers used each time. Yes, I too dislike false summits. I always remember time when I noticed this, a very wet, cold and foggy day, walking from Garrigill to Greg's hut, every time I thought I was at the top and near the hut, I wasn't!
