Hi All..

Its been a very long time since I was on a walking forum. 10 years infact
When back in the day before the likes of facebook and Instagram took my fancy, I was a member on the old Trail Magazine forum ( which after a search I can no longer find )..
I was a prolifick hiker and loved wildcamping and finding/doing new routes off the beaten tourist tracks either in the Peaks, Lakes, Wales and Scotland.. Plus the odd trip abroad..
Over the past 10 years I have pursued other hobbies, but always kept my feet in so to speak.. with the odd hike here and there but nothing serious...
But recently I have had the yearning to get back into it.. With a 3 day trip upto the Isle of Skye over Christmas..
Where I endured horizontal rain, zero visability and 70 mph winds at sea level lols..
It hasn't put me off one bit and looking forward to getting hill fit again and enjoying our glorious countryside, mountains and valleys..
Just one thing though... how do I post or add pictures of my ventures on here,.. im a bit of a technophobe  hahaha..

Hello.
If you go to postimage.org   then  select image  then when its downloaded select hotlink for forums then click on right side of that...it looks like a clipboard  then in your post click paste or control + V  then it should post. You may be restricted until you have posted more messages first though. I really don`t know about that for sure .
A night under silnylon. Doesn't have the same ring to it.

It's gone. The old OutdoorsMagic forum is still there but is dead in the water and spambound.
