I was up on Rushup Edge yesterday morning too, Lee, although slightly earlier than you - I had nothing but mist to look at up there and on Mam Tor. It started to clear as I made my way to Hollins Cross and then it did turn into a nice morning as you say.


I walked to Lose Hill and then back on the path that runs just below the ridge until I got to the collapsed road. I was hoping to have a look around the gorge by Odin Mine but they've closed it all off due to rockfalls.
