I saw this today.
I'm also going to send it to my niece, who just calls her dad out when she has a problem, to our friend's 15-year-old daughter who gets her mum to phone me when she gets a puncture, twice this year. In the summer I was phoned because her chain was going rusty, she now has a tin of oil and an old toothbrush. I then thought would my 31-year-old son know what to do? I'll send the link to him as well. Who else?
