NW Lancashire

I decided to have a shortish walk today around the Glasson Dock area near where we live. I wanted to see how my recent problems would hold up. The walk itself was only about 5 miles long and on the flat but after 3 weeks off we both enjoyed it. The back/leg pain problem was ok but towards the end of the walk my foot started to hurt a bit.
