Did the Limestone Way & Lathkill Dale on Saturday with the group.  About 30 of us attended! :o
Think I'll stick to week-day walks. :D
Blimey! That's too many........done a couple of walks like that, bit hectic.

Another short stretch off SW Coast path today with MrsG.  Dizzard Farm to Bude.   Nice flatish stretch too. O0

Nice walk round Burton Constable Hall's grounds today.  Can't beat kicking through fallen leaves on a blustery sunny day  :)

I walked in the Boarshead, Mott's Mill and Eridge area in the High Weald today, partly on the Sussex Border Path.  One of my favourite spots.  It's so beautiful and the autumn colours are looking lovely.  But being the Weald, it's already getting muddy and I could have done with my gaiters!

Dartmoor for me, up the Swincombe valley just to see what clouds look like from the inside.

Well the weather was much better than forcast.  Really mild day and not much cloud or rain, up on the North West moor.  We found the bomber again. The remaining engine by the plaque is in decent condition. Well for 75 years on the moor it is. O0

Got a cottage in Glenridding for the weekend, can't persuade Mrs pdstsp, but elder daughter and her boyfriend are joining me.  Weather looks ok but not counting any chickens.

It looks pretty good but might get a bit windy on Sunday afternoon  :)

We are off wild camping in the Lakes District. We might do a bit of a walk before we pitch the tent and drink all the wine  ;)

Enjoy your weekend pdstsp  O0

Hi April - yeah - may be a little breezy which is a shame as she wants to do Striding Edge.  That one may have to wait, looking at the wind forecast.

Why don't you reverse your plans - drink all the wine, pitch the tent then go for a walk? That way you'd have less to carry.

Enjoy the weekend - hope you find a sheltered spot  O0

Out on Bodmin moor this morning checking the route for a walk I am leading over Christmas.  Up and out on Dartmoor tomorrow with our walking group.  If I get up.....

Nothing strenuous really tomorrow. Parking at Robin Hoods Bay (free from Nov to April) and walking along the Cleveland Way to Whitby. Stopping for lunch then up to the Cinder Track and back to the car.

Got new boots so probably a better idea to get used to them on gentle ground rather than straight up a hill.
LDWs done - 32 in total including 16 National Trails and 3 C2C
