I've just joined up looking for advice on footwear.


I can't do much walking due to ill health, but still need suitable boots  :)

Welcome to the forum Martin from Aberdeenshire. Boots are a very individual thing. The best advice I can give is to go to an outdoor gear shop that has trained boot fitters to make sure that you get something suitable for you.

 As Mike says - go to a decent outdoor footwear store, get advice and try some on.
