There are some tired faces after a long and difficult technical rescue in the Cairngorms last night, Saturday, members of the Cairngorm MRT enjoy an early breakfast of curry and rice - at 3.30am. Well done lads!

My hat goes off to the MRT these guys and girls endure some really difficult and dangerous situation.

Yes, Percy he's there..........he was 'involved' with the technical rescue bit. The casualty was lowered around 500ft.
