as a team member of newsar (North East Wales Search And Rescue) I often scrutinize my sanity but then when call out turns out good in the end we realise why we do it it has even been known for members to miss Christmas meals at home to go out and search. its not only the team members who are mad but we rely on the support of our family's and partners  O0. without this support we would also be lost.
