It didn't need it! Gorgeous.
I agree with Birdman that the filtered shot of Chrome Hill is great as an art work and for a walks photo, the original more natural effect better evokes the countryside as we would perceive it.

This is very filtered, but the original looked a bit flat. Also not sure I’m quite horizontal, but I think the roof isn’t quite level.

they are excellent Mkpotato.
I used to have a UV filter on my old Film camera and that always helped show the clouds as you saw them.
My compact doesn't allow me to put one on so sometimes it needs a help from the cameras creative art setting to show the clouds as you see them.

I notice I have got dust on my sensor, so have had to send the camera away to get it cleaned.

Weird sky this morning with both the sun and the moon putting down beams next to each other.
The moon looked like a rainbow in colour.
