Yes! We started with just a couple behind but within a few minutes there was a bus load of people

Looks like a good day. I like the photos.
I once attempted the Langdale Pikes with a friend and his landlord’s border collie. When we were hit by a horizontal hail storm, the dog was not impressed. It stopped and looked back downhill. When we also stopped, the collie sprinted back downhill. We found her sitting next to the car. Perhaps I will get another chance, but it is a long way from here and there are plenty of hills in Scotland.

It was.

... a horizontal hail storm, the dog was not impressed...
I always trust a dog's opinion  ;)

Great photos, went up the Langdale Pikes earlier this year for the first time, may have to try this route next time looks pretty interesting!
