That looks a fantastic adventure.  Great pics too.  That photography course is paying off  O0

It's hard to imagine there's any kind of path through all that watery landscape when you're looking at it from up high!

Wonderful walk! Never climbed Suilven yet myself, which is stupid, considering how beautiful that area is!

Btw: are you boys and girls familiar with the movie "Edie"? It's a (fiction) story about an old lady that has just one wish: climbing Suilven.

We enjoyed a fabulous week in this area last year. The drive to Suilven was a bit too far on that occasion, so we didn't climb it, but the mountain's unique shape made it a 'must-do-next-time' outing. It's such an incredible sight.

We did get plenty of photos of Suilven from some peaks to the south though...  :)

Suilven (slightly left-of-centre) from Cul Beag:

Suilven (left, in the distance) from Sgurr an Fhidhleir:

Suilven through the cloud from Cul Mor:

We didn't do Stac Pollaidh (ridge) either, so that's another reason to go back as soon as we get the chance!  :)

Lovely pics. It'll be nice to be allowed back at some time! Lots of unfinished business.

Thanks for these. You've certainly done justice to this wonderful mountain.
